Rate Increase: As of February 1, 2025 the price of our In-home RD/OT Joint Initial Appointments for Vancouver and North Vancouver clients will increase to $420.

Feeding starts in the home. This in-home visit is designed to support families through a thorough nutrition assessment and mealtime observation. Whether you're introducing solids, navigating picky eating, hoping to make mealtimes less stressful, or managing growth concerns, we bring expert, hands-on support directly to you.


In-Clinic Visits

Looking for expert support with your baby or toddler’s feeding journey? Our in-clinic sessions offer a calm, family-friendly space to explore feeding challenges and get personalized guidance. We have two convenient locations to choose from: North Vancouver or South Surrey.

Soleina Karamali RD, BSc.FNH, Clinical Instructor - UBC Faculty of Land and Food Systems.

Soleina is a Registered Dietitian of British Columbia. She graduated in 2017 from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health (Major Dietetics).

Soleina has worked for the past 8 years as a clinical pediatric dietitian at BC Children’s Hospital. She has extensive experience in many areas of pediatric nutrition, but has always had a keen interest in infant and child feeding. Soleina was fortunate to be able to foster this interest when she joined the Complex Feeding and Nutrition team at BC Children’s Hospital in 2019. Soleina has completed additional training in the Sequential Oral Sensory Approach to Feeding, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Ellyn Satter Division of Responsibilities to further her understanding of pediatric feeding disorders.

***Soleina also currently works at BC Children’s Hospital. Soleina is unable to provide services to the same client both publicly and privately. At the time of intake Soleina can provide resources for alternate avenues of feeding support if there is the potential for any actual or perceived conflict of interest.
